Return Policy

At Vabadus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • In case of manufacturing imperfections, the product can be returned at any point. The 7-day deadline does not apply in case of genuine manufacturing imperfections..
  • The product should not be a non-returnable item as specified in our non-returnable items list.

Manufacturing Defects

All our products are handmade. While we take all the care possible to ensure that our products are free of imperfections, sometimes mistakes can be made. Afterall, to err is human. So if you find that the Vabadus product you ordered has manufacturing defects, please reach out to us at care@vabadus.in or fill out the Exchange / Refund form with description and images of the defects, and we will do one of the following for you:

  • If the product is in stock, we will replace it for you free of cost.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will either provide store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you or refund your money to a bank account or payment wallet of your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • If stated explicitly in the product description.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at care@vabadus.in or call 9147062300 to request a return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Our team will arrange a free-of-charge pickup of your return order. Please ensure that the product is packed before pickup to avoid any delays in your refund.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take upto 10 days for your refund to reflect in your system.

Exchanges 

At the moment, Vabadus currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can initiate a return following the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions on returning the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and the item is eligible for return, you can contact our customer care team and initiate a return upto 7 days from receiving your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, the return policy will apply.

Policy Updates

Vabadus reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
